My name is Eduardo Ferreira. I have been the Catering Manager for Viga since 1999 and I love it!

I was born and raised in Brazil, coming to America in 1995 in search of a better future. Upon arrival, I got a job in a restaurant as a dishwasher where I was immediately intrigued. I wanted to learn as much as possible about the industry.

By 1998 I had successfully worked in a handful of restaurants doing everything from working in the line in the kitchen to waiting tables, honing my skills in every aspect of the restaurant. Along the way I met my wife, who has given me a lovely little girl and a handsome little boy, but I still hadn't found the place I wanted to invest in long term.

When I was hired by Viga, I knew it was going to be an exciting challenge from the get go. I was inspired by the young company whose enthusiastic owners were actively involved in all aspects of the daily activities. They also had the same idea for success: strong customer commitment, high quality of product, and a friendly and competitive work environment. I had found my home! Viga truly has a unique working environment, one that is driven by customer satisfaction and by growth within the industry, all the while investing on its staff.

My time at Viga has been a great learning experience, one where I can translate business ideals to clients while feeling like I am part of a family.
