Edward Wilson is part owner of our newest location at 13 Pi-Alley off of Washington Street. Edward was born and raised in Texas as was his sister and co-owner Shawn Wilson. He graduated from University of North Texas majoring in restaurant management. Edward worked in various restaurant management positions while in Texas. His last job prior to relocating to the Boston area was a sales position for UST. This position enabled Edward to fine tune his business development, customer service, and merchandising skills. His management, new program implementation, merchandising and customer service skills will greatly help the growth of the VIGA concept. We are pleased to have him as co-owner and a member of the VIGA team.
