Italian Strawberry Shortcake

Italian sponge cake dipped in rum and filled with fresh whipped cream and strawberries.

Cassata

Italian sponge cake dipped in rum and filled with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips.

Tiramisu

Italian sponge cake soaked with espresso and layered with mascarpone mousse.

Cappuccino Cake

Combination of tiramisu and Cassata.

Noccialo Cake

Hazelnut chocolate cake made with amaretto liqueur.
